User-selectable (DIN) variable shades from 9-13, are easily adjusted. Clear shade 4. Viewing area of 92x42mm (3 5/9" inches x 1 3/5" inches). Turns on and off automatically. Meets ANSI Z87 standards for eye and face safety. Protects against UV and Infrared (IR) light Utilizes high performance solar cells as power supply. Solar cells recharge internal lithium backup battery for use in all lighting conditions. No need to ever replace a battery. Net weight is around one pound. Polymide Nylon Construction with textured helmet surface. Ratcheting adjustable headband.
