Payment Paypal, money orders, cashier , certified and personal  checks, all major credit cards. Payment requested within 3 days of purchase.If you mail a check or money order please call us at 800-783-3073 ad let us know it is being sent. Personal Check will take 14 days to clear Fees Maryland  sales tax of 6 % charged on all orders shipped to or picked up in Maryland. Shipping Most items include free shipping to 48 states, check listing for the FREE SHIPPING. . Large welders require truck shipment to your door. You must get them off the truck.We can arrange for a lift gate if you request it. A daytime phone number is required  .Some one must be there for truck freight deliveries.  We ship all items under 150# UPS or FexEx ground service. You can choose 2nd day or next day at additional charge, send email or call for cost. WE DO  SHIP VIA USPS for some small items and USPS items will take a few days longer to arrive than UPS or FEDEX. APO box shipments have a   $ 15-$ 65 surcharge on all items depending upon weight.. We will not ship to a freight fowarder unless it is verified paypal address or other payment arrangements are made. Items under 10 lbs may be shipped by USPS and delivery can range from 2 to 10 days.  Delivery We will usually ship your item within 24 hours after receiving payment. Weekend and holiday purchases will go out on Monday or Tuesday as we DO NOT ship on weekends.. You will be notified immediatly if your item is on back-order for more than 3 days. Some listing clearly list lead time for delivery, read carefully.  All damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or they are not coveredby the shipper. Refunds & Returns Our general policy is NO RETURNS. Many of our items are very heavy, shipping is expensive for us. We list and sell exactly what we list. We feel there is no reason to accept returns unless damaged in shipment. We insure all shipments internally.
