Paypal, all major credit cards. Payment must be received within 5 days of purchase.
Fees
Maryland sales tax of 6 % charged on all orders shipped to or picked up in Maryland.
Shipping
Most items include free shipping to 48 states, check listing for the FREE SHIPPING. . Large welders require truck shipment to your door. You must get them off the truck.We can arrange for a lift gate if you request it. A daytime phone number is required .Some one must be there for truck freight deliveries. We ship all items under 110# UPS or FexEx ground service. You can choose1st OR 2nd day at additional charge, send email or call for cost. WE DO SHIP VIA USPS for items under 70 lbs, to an APO box which there is a $ 15-$ 75 surcharge on all items. We will not ship to a freight fowarder unless other payment arrangements are made , no credit cards on orders to freight fowarders or third party shippers.
Delivery
We will usually ship your item the same day or next business day after receiving payment. Some weekend and holiday purchases may go out on Monday or Tuesday do to heavy volume. You will be notified immediatly if your item is on back-order. Some listing clearly list lead time for delivery, read carefully. .

Free Shipping to the lower 48 stateson most items
We accept credit cards and PayPal either thru Ebay or directly . Feel free to call our office direct
at 1-800-783-3073 to use your credit card and speak with a live person Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM
and Sat 9 AM to 12 PM EST .
Online payment are by Visa , MasterCard,Discover , American Express , or PayPal. B & R only accepts U.S. billed
credit cards, and requires both a billing address & V-code verification in order to accept a credit card. No C.O.D.
orders or “purchase orders” are accepted. On Paypal we only ship to a verified Paypal address . You can set up a
second paypal address for shipments , this must be verified by Paypal.
B & R requires signature on all machines, as well as packages with a total value exceeding $500. You may
request that your delivery signature requirement be waived by entering a special request in the the form of
an email to brwelder@radix.net . B & R cannot take responsibility for missing or damaged packages delivered
without a signature at the request of the customer.
External damage to all packages must be refused and B & R must be contacted immediately. Internal damage
must be reported to B & R within 5 days of receipt. Damage claims will be refused if the item has been used, is
not in original packaging, or was received more than 5 days earlier.
A 6 % Sales tax for customers is charged to Maryland shipping addresses only.
Alaska or Hawaii Shipments:
GROUND UNDER 100 lbs. - shipping charges will be quoted separately via phone or email.
AIR UNDER 150 lbs. - MUST ship either Next Day or Second Day Air and shipping charges
GROUND OR AIR OVER 150 lbs. - shipping charges will be quoted separately via phone or email.
B & R does not ship to Canada .
B & R cannot ship to a P.O. Box , we need a physical address to ship to , by not providing
one delays your order .
Air/Express Shipments: Next Day, Second Day or Three Day Air, on orders UNDER 100 lbs
